De Havilland Vampire T.11 - Arab Legion Air Force.  Hebron 1956.

In 1956, during the Second Arab-Israeli War Vampires of the ALRF carried out attacks against Israel forces in the Hebron sector destroying a number of IDF retribution squads which had attacked civilians destroying their homes.

Hebron is notable for its similarity to parts of Victoria, as can be noticed from the photos.

The Model

Airfix Vampire T.11 built OOB apart from SNEB pods from Revell Hunter.
Print scale transfers from a set produced specifically for this kit.
As the paint job is also as per the transfer set it is a RW build (except maybe the SNEBs - I don't know if they would have been carried by a trainer).  The backstory is a whiff though as is the user - by the time they were flying this Vampire T.11 the Arab Legion Air Force had become the Royal Jordanian Air Force.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Magic, I like the look of that.

And yes, parts of Victoria DO look like Hebron!  ;)
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Good twin-boomer and great model!
The view from below with fingers makes me dream of an alien twin-pod version with impossible fingers (using mirror copy)... ;)

If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

I sometimes have these quiet thoughts of what people in perhaps 500 years time are going to make of Tophes images ? And whether or not the ancient tomb and wall paintings together with all the small carvings had even 10% of the deep religious meanings all our thousands of archaeologists etc give/read into them ?   ;D
