LMAO  ;D  ;D  ;D

Oh man, that is SO buildable: I've got a load of KeilKraft truck kits too. The design would have to change a bit since that turret's wildly out of scale to the truck, but it's very doable.

A turret in scale would leave more space for load, OR to add more guns, maybe for side defence.
But,beg your pardon, for not anglo-british people, what are the Charmin products?
Owing to the current financial difficulties, the light at the end of the tunnel will be turned off until further notice.

I'm not anglo-anything either - but I suspect toilet paper.

I'd always wondered why it had such abysmal ground clearance.

I thought it looked bigger in the film - at least on the inside

I had no idea either (being an Antipodean) but an extremely quick Google search turned up this: https://www.charmin.com/en-us

I was thinking something like a 20-foot container with side doors on a 40-foot load bed, leaving 10 feet at each end for turrets: rear one as low as possible, front one elevated to fire over the cab. Alternatively, the front turret could be replaced by an army-style hatch and ring-mounted machine-gun over the passenger side of the cab.

No reason why it has to be aircraft turrets either, in fact armoured AFV turrets would probably be more appropriate.

Charmin is toilet paper...  ;D

If you had it operated by Andrex instead of Charmin, the title card could be "Soft, Strong, and Very, Very Wrong..." ;D

I have an idea for an alternative Royal Mail van but I cannot find any modern decals in any scale. All I have found is some for the older schemes (pre 1970?) but the newer versions cannot be found.

Adapting railway decals isn't quite what I had in mind.

I know there's copyright and all that but it is annoying.

PR19_Kit

Copyright surely doesn't apply. You're not building the model for financial gain, are you?

Various corporations have tried pulling that stunt on modellers before, and have come severely unstuck.

Yes! bog rolls ---  ;D  Back when covid started, there were news reports (plus video) over here of huge fights erupting in supermarkets over them which would explain the turreted semi

Yes, now I remember. I thought at first that Charmin did produce face masks.

I'm talking more of the professional decal producers who RM would demand a fee from for their shareholders.

Here's one for you and the civil airliner crowd: the Lockheed Flatbed. Why bother with aerodynamics and slipstreams when you can just load the cargo on top and chain it down?

Nice idea.  I had a similar one.  But the mods have decided mail doesn't count as goods so you would not be allowed to enter it.  See the rules thread.
