No idea, not compaired them yet. Could be more detail or a correction and due to probable 3D printing the result could just be better. Will get back to you in PM when I find out.

In the lean inter-war years, people like Amiot, Bloch etc. may well have diversified into aviary and conservatory building.  Their aircraft noses suggest that in many cases the various plans were muddled up.

A couple of deliveries over the past few days.

From Sprue Brothers:

1/48 Hobbyboss F4U-4 Late Version
My first non-Tamiya Corsair in many a Moon.  I watched the movie "Devotion" last week and plan on modeling Ens. Jesse Brown's Corsair.

An assortment of decals...
Warbird Decals 1/48 What If USAF F-35A Thunderbird markings.  Might be a nice change from Have Glass gray.
Furball 1/48 "US Navy Phantoms of the Vietnam War"
Eduard 1/48 F-4B Phantom II Marines

I'm currently doing a RW build of Tamiya's magnificent F-4B. Very torn in markings so obviously getting two aftermarket sheets with 16 options between them makes it easier to decide. I do like the 1973 USMC VMFA-531 markings with the 892 Omega tail markings from cross-decking on Ark Royal though...

From eBay:

Freedom Models 1/48 F-20A Tigershark.  I have the "what if" boxing of this kit with many speculative schemes.  This is the one with RW prototype markings but it was a great price.
So I got that going for me...which is nice....

The profile of that one suggests it may have been designed as a water tank.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

A ultra early kit of the B1 ,  Sold before it was produced in real . Kit was funny cheap , and 1:144 is very nice for our Home, where the modells move steady all around .

And another crazy thing happened this morning .  The evening before i thougt about a very amazing new project ,  for that i need two identical kits .  I was a early bird my whole life , so woke up around 5:30 and searched in Ebay  private ads for the kits .  Found TWO from the same seller for a very nice price ( around the half of normal offers ) .   Asked him if it was for both kits , and he make them instantly cheaper again !  And i have to pay postage only once too .   That is nice .

It's a Land Rover, NOT a Jeep . Like a Jeep, but for gentlemen.

Nice, the kit is of the original B-1A high-altitude/high-speed configuration.

Rockwell model drawings of the B-1A and B-1B for comparison, the major
difference is the engine nacelles.

Not a kit I would usually buy, but for various reasons I recently re-joined the Airfix Club and the "Club Kit" was the recently released 1/72 Meteor F.8 re-jigged to produce a FR.9.  2 marking options, RAF and Equadorian. Looks very nice in the box.

Forgot to add photo of box yesterday. Apologies for clarity, but me an camera on my phone don't get on to well  :-\

A little research shows that the Argosy was stored outside for 20 years. No wonder it corroded to the point of scrapping. Shame as it was the prototype bird.

I've been looking at that Valiant for a while now. Very tempted. How good is it in the box?
