That's a good haul Fred. I'll check and see of the UK Aldi are doing that too, but my nearest one is MILES away.

Well 20 anyway, that'd be an afternoon's stroll for you guys.  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Lidl are stocking some selected Airfix starter kits. I refrained from buying a Spitfire earlier. Not only was it 7 notes, I have a good 20+ of that kit tucked away from Home Bargains knocking them out at 3 quid each a few years back.

Snaffled a Roden He 111E on eBay, and I'm sure the seller is TsrJoe's other half flogging his kits...

If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

They look to me like one of  Tolkien's own illustrations of "The Misty Mountains"   in an  early edition of The Hobbit.
