Quote from: Dizzyfugu on March 01, 2023, 02:12:49 AMI must check the spares box(es), I think I have a pair of J29 somewhere - and an Airfix P-80C, too.
So it'll be a short-fuselage L-181.  ;D

Cockpitt have been filled with stuff and fuselage ready to be put together. A room for some weight have been added to prevent the expected tail-sitting.

Time to take a look at the wings. I'll keep the center of the T-33 wing with the wheel wells, as the F-80E's wheels were at the same spot.

The wings of the SAAB 29 Tunnan have been lined up with the T-33 center wing. Looks lige it might work out.

Don't ya love it when ideas don't become nightmares and just seem to work out  ;D
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

The center of the T-33 wing have been joined to the SAAB Tunnan outer wings. I have kept the center of the T-33 wing, because the wheelwells of the T-33 were precisely in the same spot as on the F-80E

I've a feeling this is going to be a "good un"  ;)
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

The wings have been blended into the fuselage and it's time to do some serious brain twisting to figure out the next step: The tail.
