The FDM printer is a Anycubic Vyper, the SLA printer a Anycubic Photon M3.

I am currently focusing on the ground hangar deck (Deck 1).

Hangardeck floor printed with the lower part of the hangar walls.

Something must be placed inside the hangar. So the Rebans got a few Turtle (Schildkröte) vehicles for this use. I made those models quite a while ago, they just had to sized to the correct scale.

The hull of the hangar deck, this is the side with the (closed) hangar door. I will "cut" some openings on the other side, so that you can look inside.

Turtle placed inside the hangar., now with the upper deck added as well. On the left, components of the life support system will be added, on the right, you can see the hangar control room.

Another view of the hangar deck. Control room is better visible now. On the wall, you can see where the crane will be mounted.

Utterly amazing, my mind is 1000% boggled how you can do this kind of stuff.  :o  :o  :o  :o
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Yea, but me and Kit are older and therefore still live in an age where we get our mobile music from transistor radios  ;)

What's a 'transistor'? I only have brothers.............. and a valve radio.

Well, I moved from cassettes, to CD's to vinyl LP's (go figure  ) & had several transistor radios over the years. ;)

A trans sister could appear to be a brother :o  ..... & my parents had a valve radio that worked in MW, LW & SW modes. ;D

So did mine. I was always fascinated by the different foreign radio stations that were "listed" on its face and used to love trying to get them to actually work  ;D

More work on the hangar deck is done
My engineer is sitting in the back and supervising everything

The different components for the life support system coming directly from the printer.

In the meantime, some more screens and details are added to the FTL drive.

Work is now going on on three different decks of the ship.

Deck 1, ground hangar:
Here some first placement tests of the machinery of the life support system were made, it fits so I can continue here.

Deck 4, FTL drive:
An additional control station was added in the lower deck

Deck 7, crew deck:
On this deck there will be eight cabins for two Rebans each. The center part of the deck contains a small medical station. Besides the anti gravity lifts, some smaller storage places are located.

A first test print of the crew deck.
