Finally, the complete interior of the science deck is completed. So this is the last chance to see it before the outer hull is completed.

This was so far the most complicated deck to make, as I had to redo the internal layout several tims and each required a test print. But in the end, the Rebans now can do science on the space ship.

Computer room and telescope

Airlock, storage and cabins

Telescope and Lab 1

Cabins, Lab 2 and airlock

The next will be the command deck, I am already doing some planing and 3d design for it.

I'm waiting until this great work is finished before making a final comment.   I'd have run out of superlatives  long ago if I'd commented regularly!

Finally, the science deck is completed. So far, the most complicated and time consuming deck to build for the Reban space ship.

From left to right: Storages, cabins and computer room

From left to right: Computer room, observatory, Lab 1

The whole deck from the top

Next thing is to test if it fits to the other decks. And 3D construction started for the next deck: The command deck.

Got my fingers crossed for you

The science deck is now combined with the other decks of the upper part of the ship:

And so, the planning and 3d construction for the command deck begins:

The first idea: The center part will be the command center, outside, around it the commanders cabin and some conference room will be located. Plus there will be an upper deck in here again.

Some first thoughts about the commanders cabin. Somehow, not what I thought wit will be. I think this has to be redesigned

Another plan: Extend the command center to the outer part as well. The Perry Rhodan series describes that navigation and communication is outside the center areas, at least in the first books written in the 1960s. As the Rebans follow those design ideas, I maybe go for this.

The conference room. On the now invisible backside of the deck, the commanders cabin will now be on the upper deck.

Saturn V is going to be nothing compared to this thing, height-wise! ;D

Well, I think that it is bigger than a Saturn V or a Starship. But not so much I guess. Have to calculate it when its done :)

Gondor

SpaceX Starship is 121.3m tall and 9m diameter. Saturn V 111m tall and 10m diameter. Both sets of figures are from Wikipedea

And it's far more interesting

Regarding the ships dimensions, it has a diameter of 20 meters, so this is twice the one of a Saturn V or a Starship. The height of the model will be about 60cm, so this will be 120m in "real". So its more or less the same height as those rockets, but wider, especially with the engine torus.
And - in difference to the rockets, it has multiple snack machines on board!

I started with a few test prints for the command deck:

Command center in the middle, conference room in the front

The other side, the captains cabin will be on the upper deck

Command center with the extension for navigation and communications

Starting with the real prints, unfortunately, the printer does not print as it should. Its not precise enough. Have to look for that.

Ground floor and anti-gravity lifts

Inner wall structure. Construction wise, this deck is much more simple than the science deck

I think it's got as many snack machines as Elon Musk's Starship has engines  ;)

Terrific work as ever

It seems as if I could fix the issues with the printer, so I could re-print the parts in a better quality now. I also could include some changes to them

The upper gallery of the command center

Lower part: Communications and Navigation center, upper part: commanders cabin

Already printed all the equipment I need for this deck, at least most of it. Those smaller things are made with the Resin printer.
