The size of the glass should have ca. 20-22 mm in wide ,
difficult for me to tell that in inches ( our land rover use the metric system, too ) .

OK, I'll measure and get back to you.

It's 20 mm wide and 53 mm long, to the rear of the astrodome.

If that'll work PM me your address etc and I'll get it off to you.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

I am very thankful that PR19 Kit will send me that part , yes !
I hope to enjoy you later with that ready build , now I have to stop the construction, can't fix the coming wings before worked the cabin ready , maybe I find some time to design the inside of the cockpit ( the first cockpit for me , mmmmhhhh should do something from the garbage I got , there will be place for a 4 person team inside I believe )  .

Okay, today i came back to modellworx , and to open the sweet little Box from GB ,  the Lancaster canopy  part send by PR_19 last week .

It is a very good part i think, but need some changing at the fuselage, so i put 2 layers of sheet over the Cockpit to made it to measure .

At the time of waiting i went on with a other project , also went to my storage garage No. 4 and grab some very old kits . I collect them decades ago to keep them original, but my opinion changed and they will went their way into WHATIF .

I have spend HOURS to get the parts in shape ( to fit them together well ) .

Glas received a top chop to get lower , and a fastback end to keep the line of the fuselage design

Nice work, I didn't think you'd need that astrodome at the rear anyway.

At first . I have to build my first Cockpit, absolut boring for me, i want to fix the wings !!

Glued the sides together to cut them in pieces again for the wider fuselage .

And then i remembered a skill from my cycle times , fix some sanding paper on the plane and sand the wings direct for a perfect fit .
