This IS coming together nicely
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Great to see what you guys doing here ...
It's a Land Rover, NOT a Jeep . Like a Jeep, but for gentlemen.

A new nose added. It comes from the wreck of a old Frog Hunter F.1. I must have had tons of those kits since pieces of them keep turning up at my private junkyard. The upgraded engines have been glued on too.

If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

Most of the paint job done. The beast is approaching its final appearance. Really looks like a plane, that could escort the B-36s all the way to Russia.

Cool!

Even though I think that swept stabilizers (maybe in a low position) would have been a better choice for the overall look?  :o

Makes me think about the Academy F-89 I have in The Stash, and mating it with B-66 wings...?

Captain Canada

Big beast ! Those wings look great like that. But I'm with Dizzy, need something sexier for the tail.
CANADA KICKS arse !!!!

Long Live the Commonwealth !!!
Vive les Canadiens !
Where's my beer ?

You might be right. But Northrop chose another solution.
