Uh, concerning "ideas", this is only that "partly". I mean: I had the project of this inverted truncated Sukhoy, but... using only the upper part of the fuselage and discarding all the bottom (reducing even further the size/weight), this was not an old idea of mine but some late adaptation seeing the practical parts cutting, great!
