Some of you may recall another thread in which I was worried about using dope to toughen up some balsa. Well, I did what I should have done before, mixed a 50/50 solution of white glue and water and brushed it on.

Seems to be working great! An initial sanding smoothed it out nicely, didn't raise any fluff, and felt quite smooth when I carressed it lovingly. I've given it another coat and have another go tomorrow.
