With all that wing, some engines, and not all that much space for a big payload .... it must be meant to fly high. A reconnaissance aircraft or communications link for other assets?
You'd have pilot, navigator and systems operator?

High altitude recon sounds a great idea  , ironically/paradoxically I am not that keen on the idea of Nuclear bombers, but I do think we need a deterrent. (I just like the look  )

I would have extended the centre fuselage, so that the engines were all on the same vertical plane, because I'd hate to think of the heat effect of the centre-line engines on the outer engines in this set-up!

With six Avon 300s and that MASSIVE wing, the climb rate will be almost impossible to measure!

One blink and you'd miss it!
