A vintage Starfix Noratlas fuselage ,scale something around 1:120 or something,  and a Tank from i think five different kits .

That's right out of a comic book! Awesome!

Looks like an offbeat take on "Flight of the Phoenix". ;D

I suppose the 'wings' are to offload the weight on the tracks, are they?  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

The giant ray gun is next I'm sure! Carry on!

That looks great! All those tourist windows.

Is the Starfix Noratlas related to the Heller one? Although I think the Heller kit is 1/220 or so.

Don't make me crazy ....  All nice ideas, thank you very much !

But the plan is to invent a NEW WEAPON .   They call them ROCKETS ...

The engines from the Noratlas are integrated in my last reverse 262 ,  and the kit looks like an old heller ,  I think it would be worth a second buy . But the quality is ugly funny .  Would be cruel to think of alittle kid trying to build a Modell out of the box with that crap  :banghead:

Remember the moon has much less gravity so you could put some big war heads on little rockets. Or regular sized rockets to go huge distances! Maybe escape velocity....

I don't know if anyone has noticed but this thread is under the sci fi GB from 2011. Should it be moved to the regular sci fi group?

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

EXTRA-terrestric.  Terres coming from the word for Terra, Latin for the orb upon which most of us live.
Lunistric would be for Earth's Moon, or perhaps Lunatic vehicle which is appropriate for our little group of modelers.   ;D

I do love the look, clunky and not at all aerodynamic, as a lunar rover should.
In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.

If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .

Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .
