The model is finished, in the new way, ready for paint:

Looks like an alien craft from a sci fi movie. You should paint silver like an old movie.

Starting to paint the underside:

The involved technology (in the F-16XS-2B) is not room-taking, this is part of the miracle.
I had no silver paint available, just light blue.

I have painted the side above too (just remaining: the black pen for the canopy) 
but my camera SD memory card is in a jam.
I have ordered a new card, to be received in 2 days.

I have received the SD card and I immediately took a picture:

Then I will put black color on the canopy and the model will be finished!

Here is my model in its final location:

As you can see, there is not much room, this may explain why so much truncation
