Many early US tanks were driven by radial engines! Is that a coaxial barrel poking through the engine?

Not something that you can actually do with a radial engine because, well, this:

Same as you can't with a V motor, what you can do with V engines is put an off-set gearing in which allows the barrel to pass between the rows of cylinders of the V, through the centre of the shaft providing power to the propeller.

Just additional air intake for cooling the bearings and grease !

It is the backside of the 262 rocket pod from the very old revell 262 kit , so I have a part of the 262 in realy every build I will do .

I think, maybe, you should be calling it the "Wildcat", as you have used a Grumman F4F Wildcat as the hull of your vehicle.

The "Hellcat" was the Grumman F6F.

Then, of course, there was the General Motors (Buick) M18 Hellcat GMC (Gun Motor Carriage), which was powered by a Continental R975(-C1/-C4) radial engine.

Fun & funky little build, either way!

Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

Which wasn't called "Hellcat" by anyone except Buick's advertising department durign the war and AFV enthousiasts and modellers from the 1960s onward. The vehicle you're referring to, is properly the 76-mm Gun Motor Carriage M18:

Sorry — I don't like all those made-up names that originate either in advertisements or among post-war enthousiasts :) "M10 Wolverine" or "M36 Jackson" for the tank destroyers, "Achilles" and "Sherman Firefly" to mean the 17-pounder-armed vehicles, etc. etc. etc. None of these are historically correct :)
... I know all this and more ...
