After a lot of masking, it now looks like this.

Yes, the lighting is crap - late evening outside - but it gives a flavour of what's coming.  I need to do some work with a hairy stick as there's a hard edge mottle of Dark Green to go on the fin and there's a few other spots that need touching up.

Decals?  Luftwaffe crosses with RAF roundels overpainted. They lost, and deservedly so.  Somewhere I have a white paint pen, so I can cobble together an Air Min chalk mark.
