The colour scheme will be my interpretation of the 1940 RAF Whaleback Series 2 RAF high speed rescue launch using the Railway Paints.

I really liked the original finished look. Spot on to me. The orange rails make it a bit too busy.

Sorry Captain, I got a bit carried away and splashed one of the railings as I didn't have any yellow paint the Day-Glo orange was used.
