So i catch a old Airfix kit and make some changes on it ...

I changed the wheels into BIG chains from a 1:48 tank , made some simple axes from old sprues .

It's a Land Rover, NOT a Jeep . Like a Jeep, but for gentlemen.

Well those tracks will sort out any ground pressure issues  ;D

Very interesting take on a classic kit.

And more wheels on,  and i got a pretty gun pod for the top !

With that drive sprocket you won't need tracks! I say drive sprocket and engine in the rear.

Those look like M4 easy eight drive sprockets..those wide tracks for that little thing..this is gonna look pretty cool I think 😀
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

Interesting. The gun pistion is a bit odd?

killnoizer

Oh yes , it has a little bit ,,out of standard" specifications

I'm not sure about the tracks , Color at all , maybe a very rotten washing in dark grey, very dark ...

Now if you posed that with a 1/48 scale figure (maybe a 1/35 scale one ?) it would look very similar to some of the French pre-WWII tank destroyers/SP Guns..
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Those tracks really look good. Dark gray with some dust/mud and shiny bits where the dust/corrosion have been worn off.

It does look pretty claustrophobic, even in 1/72. The French Renault UE Chenillette would probably be the most extreme example.
