Looks a beauty.....forget the guns.....enter it for the Schneider Trophy

But guns are also very useful in a racing scenario ... ?
I will think about that
Crimson Skies style air racing
If you do add guns, they don't necessarily have to be in the nose.

killnoizer

No more guns , it will be as it is , maybe I give it a clear coat right now and start with aging and decals .

Racing seems very okay for this !
Thank you all very much for that suggestion ,  funny society here

Looks fast - and a little menacing?

Hmmmm... what did UK, USA, France, Italy, and the Soviet Union enter in the Schneider Trophy race that year?  ;D

killnoizer

Not finished, but worth a look

Have we ever done a "Make It Float" group build?

In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.

All part of a Moderators job  ;)  We had this GB a few years ago. Doesn't quite match your question, but the area hasn't been neglected.

Note I haven't checked if the images are still visible or not.
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

This might also fit together with the Speedbirds "modern Schneider racers" designs and books.

I just did, and they are still there, and look WONDERFUL too.

It seems Dizzy and Ericr were competing for building the MOST models in a GB.  ;D  There's some absolute gems there, and I was wondering why I didn't enter it, until I realised I was a mod for that GB and at that stage I didn't think I was allowed to enter.  :banghead:
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
