Looks betterer in the flesh (plastic) than in the drawings.

Does the bomb bay get moved to the back under the wings?
How are you organising the undercarriage (I vote for bicycle with outriggers)?

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

It's going to be wheels up (no surprise there  ;D ) but I would have thought the main wheels would have to go under the heaviest bit (middle of the wings?)
& then a near nose front wheel, bomb bay between the two?

Canard aircraft have a very wide CG range apparently, I'm not sure why, but they do, so the bomb bay in the middle of the fuselage should work fine.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Quote from: Wardukw on September 27, 2023, 10:55:13 AMDon't ya hate it when follow model builders to that most impolite thing of looking into your head and not telling you
I was going to do that with my Tamiya Grand Slam Lanc bugger it 😕.
As for your build Leigh..yeah it look great and so on and so forth  ;D

To be honest I'm surprised no-one has done this design by now as the book came out in 2004.
Phill you have got to do your 1/48th Lanc version, 1/48th beats 1/72 all day long & I'm not even counting build skills  ;D
Well bud since I don't copy other builders builds I won't be building this.....but it does now lead me down a slightly different path and since I have more than 1 Lancaster from Tamiya my new options are abit more warpped
I do kinda wish I had the remains of a 48th Halifax.
It's tails would come in handy.
Gotta thank ya tho mate cause if you hadn't built this then weird arse Lanc No2 ..or officially known as a WA2 Lancaster ..wouldn't have come to mind 😁😁
