Man, time sure does fly ! I'm in my third house since I started this thing. But how cool would it be, on June 11th, 2024, 20 years to the day, that I finish this and present it ?

I'm modifying a pair of Sea Stallions into minesweepers. Need to clear a road once we get into shallow water for ops.

Top to bottom : Trumpeter, Airfix and WEM. The latter two are almost identical in size, but the Trumpeter one is huge ! Not sure which is correct.

I've stood beside a LVPT7..earlier version of the AAVP7 and they ain't small ..im 6'2 and that towered over me .
One of my fav choppers is the Ch-54 so I'm chuffed about that too 😀 😄 😊

Hi guys. After discussing my jump start with the mods, I will suspend work on these two builds for 1 month, picking them up again in January. I've already waited 20 years so a month should be gravy ! Cheers
