Brian mate honestly I wouldn't worry about the skid marks .
At over 14 tons that rig would have gone straight thru that door and wall and the steel ..the brakes and modern MRAPs are bloody good and would stop it extremely quickly.
Fact if you was in one and you were in the back and the driver slammed on the brakes you'd now be in the front  ;D
I'd just with what ya said before..a very low speed impact..still decent damage..engined died as it was slowly checking things out ..steering went out as it's a hydraulic powered and it slowly crunched the building.
Speaking from first hand experience here with a dump truck  ;)

Myself I'd buried in the building and at the same time created a crap load more work 🙃
I'd have to have some inside of the building to..im not right in the head mate   :o

Small update, some figure painting.

The newer 3D printed figures. Clearly some touch ups and repaint needed on all these, where stuff does not work. Photos never lie

The horde so far

Should have about 4 more of the 3d Printed figures still being printed, I have asked for 2 x of each, so maybe some cut and mod amongst them
use a couple of the Masterbox figures and should end up with about 12-15 Zombies, which hopefully will be enough to set he scene.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Old Wombat

You're doing a great job on those Z's, Brian!

However, there seems to be quite a big scale difference between the new zombies & the old, & the sk8r grl looks too "old" compared to the others.

No criticism, just observation, as the girl in the bikini top is a good head-&-shoulders taller than the other (MAiM?) figures. ;)

It is a scaling thing.
You mean Gwendoline Christie  ;D  Yes bit bigger. That figure is a scale down of a 100mm figure found on thingiverse.
The Loot figures are a variable scale type arrangement from 28mm to 75mm as the standard .STL files. Once you start scaling using the 3D software things get a bit trickier.
As I said before the Loot figures are a lot more whimisical as far as design as they are more gaming orientated, not so "serious and human" as the Royal Models Figures. Only have a couple of the Maim types and neither of them is in the picture.

The pack I have purchased
https://app.lootstudios.com/bundle/z-outbreak-survivors/

They really do have some interesting subjects and this kind of subscription model is getting to be the way of things in this space.

Size wise and ages can be explained I think..skater girl was bitten quite some time ago and the younger ones..bitten not so long ago .

As for height ..zombies ain't picky  ;D

Painting is great Brian..one day I hope mine will get better but the breath isn't being held .

Right! Royal Model! I have the figures but they're in the modelling room, which I haven't entered for modelling purposes for over 2 weeks, so I was guessing.

For me the scale differences are a bit of a killer, the girl with the teddy could be useful, though.

About 4yrs ago we had a couple who lived at the camp ..both very tall ..the bloke was easily 6'6 or 6'7 and his wife was an easy 6'4 or 5 ..im 6'2 and they towered over me  :o.
They moved out mainly cause these caravans and annexes are just to low for ppl that tall .
You should have seen him in the Honda Accord he used to drive
He got rid of that after I convinced him to get a Holden Commodore..he loved that  ;D

Young people are taller these days than when I was one of them (I'm 5'10").
Young women over 6' are not uncommon.

I once ran into a well known professional Australian Rules Football player leaving a cafe.  He stopped and held the door for me.  I thought at the time "he looks like he is built to a larger scale than real life - 1.1/1 perhaps".  He didn't look taller, or wider*, just slightly bigger in all dimensions.

*or thicker.  Which was surprising given who he played for. ;D

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

It's the Elf Genes predominating more and more.

Wardukw

Went grocery shopping yesterday and no kidding there was a heap of young people there and many were over 6 foot..girls included.

People are definitely getting taller .

Bikini girl/Gwendoline Christie is being rescaled to a more suitable size. This is the real beauty of 3d Resin printed figures.. the ability to edit and rescale stuff. These initial versions were only proofs.

So here we go for an update.
Some more work to go on set dressing, like newspapers and other rubbish dead fall, maybe a few weeds without going full I am Legend overgrown, this is more during the earlier parts of an outbreak.
Some of the Zeds are placeholders, this was more about getting number to see if the scene sells itself. I am expecting to have maybe 10 more Zeds in there

Mr halfie might move yet, to appearing from under the busted down door an around the front wheel.

Nursie will probably get a repaint as well. The whole 1950's/60's white nurse get up is a bit out of time frame, except if it was a Halloween outfit. Skater Waitress from a retro restaurant, might work though, but like Mr Dancing Zombie, probably will not make the cut and final placement

Rick Lowe

Yeah, the white nurses' hat also went the way of the dodo a few decades ago.

Coming along well - I see you seem to be going with the idea of the guy under the truck about to have major problems...

Wardukw

Apart from needing a load of rubbish that's looking just right Brian mate 👍
Would be funny to see Mr halfie trying to get from underneath one of the tyres ..the fronts would probably be best as it's hard to see his legs  ;D
