I haven't got new plastic this year. That might be down to me not asking for any  ;D

What I did get was a GoCheer 40psi Dual Action Airbrush   Comes with a plug in compressor, cleaning kit, extra paint cups, different nozzles and other bits. Haven't tried it yet but I will have a go at the weekend.

I do have some Thinners already - I bought some Hataka paint sets (WWII Soviet and WWII German) at the London show and they gave me a small bottle as a freebie so I can use those for practice. Just need to build me a spray booth first and read up on how to use an airbrush.

What a sensible chap!   (See my comment, below)  I'm still a fully paid up member of the brotherhood of the hairy stick, but I wish you success with your new toy.

Yup best of luck with airbrush Nick   You're still young enough to get to know how to use it, unlike sme others here  ;)

So is that Richard Todd leading the charge Kit ?

Been to that bridge and cafe a couple of times, great to see the cafe especially still remembers the bravery of those guys

To go with the above 1/72 scale Pegasus Bridge diorama kit, I got an Italeri Horsa with British troops too!

As I've already got one Horsa, I just need a third one to do the whole diorama of 'Operation Deadstick'!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

And several square yards of space to display it...

Yeah, I know - 'Details, details...' ;D

If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .

Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

Not a model, but an airbrush. I'm rather pleased with the one I have, but this is an improvement. Better brush, and the extra battery is nice, I can use one while the other is charging. On-line reviews are good. Using a full size compressor is still not a viable option, not that I really care, the portability is a major advantage for me regardless.

My last stash entry of 2024 was delivered about an hour ago. It's the Air-craft models 1/72 SA 330 large sponsons with flotation gear, bought and sent to me from the UK by a good friend from this forum.
