I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Captain Canada

Thanks Mossie ! Of course there's nothing to report. The darn renos, hockey, neighbours and beer got in the way.

Then again, I did manage to find the canopies and frames as well as both decal sheets for the two GR.1s....that's something ? I guess....

Don't tell anybody I said this, as I'll deny it, and I wouldn't want to get stripped of my member title either.....but, I love the look of RAF roundels, especially on British aeroplanes. And heck, we had them for a lot of years too !

Wasn't expecting the big bright roundels - where's me sunglasses

Looking good Capt
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Captain Canada

...but they're trainers !

That, and they just didn't look right in leafy roundels. Heresy yes, but also truth.

Captain,
Seven Harriers, of various marks, winging their way to me at this very moment!
Just need to lay my hands on several cheap AS.365F Dauphin 2 'copters and i'm on the
way to start building Ireland's first aircraft carrier!
Cheers... Ray

I've read thru a bunch of material you guys have sent me, as well as some internet research, and I'm revising my SlingSHAR plan to be Skyhook equipped. The alternative landing method with a drop wire and a pintle and airbags or whatever will be for emergency landings only.

More to come !

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit
