I build another Version of the famous X wing Design ,  with three engines ( 3x ) , based on a vintage Airfix Kit .  That thing got nice rivets . The other Wing is from the stash ...  Big Props are from a Ju 88 , the front prop from a Ju 188 .
Gun pods are made from drop tanks and landing gear .

Color is a lot of different washing with Valejo Game Color , plus clear coat by Marabu .

Wow!
The Finnish Ace of Aces called just the regular Bf 109 a Killing Machine.... :o

Sorry for thinking pragmatic but, where and how does it take off and land?

Oh , THAT exotic Option is not so far away.
The main landing gear is complete left in the lower wings .
In the front of the fuselage is much place in the middle for the front wheel.

Maybe this is a option for another build and a nice diorama , thank you

p.s. :
Notice that i left a small piece of the original wing under the cockpit. In fact i was to lazy for the big modification on the fuselage to clear it complete , so i keep it for bomb stations .  To get the needed length of the wing i later cut it in the middle and added the engines , so the upper and lower wing became the same size .

Thank you both so much

I have a bit luck with the finish , it's hard for me to work on that technique for the next builds ...
Today I select some parts for the coming projects , but in spring time I have a lot of other things to do ,  I hope to find more time for Modell building .
