What it says on the tin.  There's a few Japanese kits in the stash I'm keen to use up as part of my captured collection. There's few rarities that I've been hanging onto.

And for anyone who says use X paint from Tamiya, Vallejo or Aunt Bessy, please just don't bother. I only use Humbrol or Xtracrylix as I trust them.

Have a look at >>THIS<< thread. It should give you a good idea. While not giving the Humbrol much Ctraclylic no, it does give a few FS nos, and those are usually easily translatable

Consensus seems to be close to RAF Interior Green, which I already have, and as such good enough for me.

Grey-green is a safe bet for IJN aircraft the IJA is a different situation as it varies based on time period
and, to a certain extent, manufacturer.  No paint just aotake lacquer, dark blue-grey, khaki brown, sandy
tan and grey-greens were all used.

Nick Millman's "Aviation of Japan" blog is the best source for colour info.

I read far too much Nick Millman on Britmodeller and often felt like I was losing the will to live as the life was being sucked out of me.

Humbrol 96 RAF blue might get you somewhere close to that blue grey colour on the link.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

FWIW in regards to the interior colour of the Zero Model 32 and Model 22, RAF Interior Green is
close based on the cockpit skin relics I've handled. Interestingly it was also applied in a very thin
coat directly over the aluminum, not over aotake, you can read the alloy number and production
stamps through the paint.
