This build is based on the Airfix Mil Mi-24 Hind A, well the front and the fuselage. The main rotor is also from the Airfix kit along with the trainable machine gun from the D variant.
It's a NOTAR layout with the twin tail fins from the Airfix Fairey Rotodyne, the wheels are a combination of Airfix and ESCI Boeing HV-22 Osprey kits with the resin Searchwater radome and pivoting arm. The nose weight is some lose change held on with blu-tac.
These different parts were used as the original parts either broke or the carpet monster struck again!

A change of plan, parts from the Airfix Ka-25 B, Fairey Rotodyne plus spares has altered the appearance of this build. The AEW radome has been replaced with the two halves of the radar on either side of the fuselage from the Ka-25 B, the gap has been filled in by the two weapons included in the kit, these now look like floatation pods or storage boxes turned in the vertical position.
The tail has changed to a V-tail with the twin fins also from the Ka-25 B kit, however the rotor blades are now the ones from the Airfix Fairey Rotodyne with jet-pods.
