Anyone got a 1/144 Airfix Vanguard they don't really want any more? I lost out on a reasonably priced one on eBay to a sniper, and the others on there are STUPIDLY priced.  :banghead:

I'm in the UK, and could be at any one of two addresses at any one time.   ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

If you could be at any one of two addresses at the same time, then you'd be in a previously undiscovered form of quantum superposition who's wave function could only be collapsed by the observation of a postman.

This could do for quantum physics what bistromathics did for maths in Hitchhikers Guide...

It's something to do  with the continuous paramagnetic vortex generated by "The Hat".   Either that, or he's fitted an infinite improbability drive (and probably an extra battery) to his car.

Sorry Kit, a quick scan through the accessible stash shows only two civil aircraft;  an Islander and a Dart Herald

Both of which are nice to have on hand, and both thin in the ground these days too.

Hehehe nice one Brian.

But it's the Tyne engines I'm really after, for a trial fit onto my RAF C-133C Cargomaster, so, yours will be a bit too large, but thanks. for looking.

Afraid not Alastair, not enough grunt to replace a T-34.

How about a set of four Kuznetsov NK-12 that power the Tu-95, or are they a little too powerful?
