There's a phrase in English "If you can't beat them, then join them"   ;D

As you had already worked out, and just had reinforced, She's A Keeper!

Prop blades are looking good, and impressive - I shy away from doing that sort of complicated stuff myself, I'ma going to let the 3-d prints do the work for me!

I don't wanna use other material than polystyrene , I like that perfect use of glue to melt the parts together . Superglue is not so strong, for me

Unfortunately my girl doesn't find the time for her builds, but here stash is impressive

Yeah, superglue has its limitations.
Especially when trying to glue something that's bent in a curve... a series of fragments around the circumference instead of a smooth ring is a bit frustrating.

I agree about the styrene cement doing a good job, it's more being able to get the angles and spacing consistent...  :banghead:

Dental adhesive is useful as well. Almost as strong and quick as superglue, but it doesn't set until it's had the UV Light shone on it, so allows you to get it hopefully into position first

Yeah, that's the type of stuff I now remember seeing at a local chain store.

Nice to know it's an all-in-one unit, and I also don't have to ask my dentist.
Or get a separate UV light.

Thanks for the memory jog.

Glad to be of service Rick   ;D

My girl own this UV stuff for professional use and we have all that here in the house , but i am to lazy for that 😄  . Maybe i should give a try some time .

We have a very , very big collection of many special types of glue ( stored in a cooler ) because we use that very much in her laboratory and with different materials  .
