This is my second take on a delta winged F/A-18. The previous was a single seater and now it's a two seater. The Academy 1/72 F/A-18D is used as a base, and combined with the wings and canards from Italeri 1/72 Rafale M. I decided to use RAAF decal that comes with the Academy box instead of from leftover stack of decals.

very striking, and the canards / winglets work well

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Neat, even though I feel that the wings and the canards could have been placed a bit further forward?
Still a very nice work.

Yep, that works!

Love the camo scheme but not sure it really works for Aus, though ... Maybe an overseas deployment scheme? Afghanistan, perhaps?

Nicely done, I like that!

I've always thought the F/A-18 would look good with the F-16XL wing on it.

Looks like they SHOULD have built it that way in the first place!
