A little Update on the Fw 190er. I  painting first Details and the first masking

Both are looking very good! Looking forward to seeing the paintwork :)

Kleines Update// a little bit masking and detail painting.

The Chaos

Made some progress, did the preshading using a stencil.

Unfortunately, while handling the pitror and the catch hook broke off, so now I have to scratch it.

I'm still undecided about the paint job, I have a few versions of the Kora set for the R4m and Hobby Boss has some too.
But I already have some Rlm colors.

2996 Victor

Looking good  shame about the pitot, though - I do things like that all the time!

Good heavens, that's one SERIOUS paint job!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

I like the pre-shading scheme as a camouflage in itself.
Whatever.

You could see it in use as an Arctic scheme, that's for sure.

Said as much myself about an earlier Chaos build using the same pre-shading technique.
