Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Just over halfway through the vote now.

I know the world is suffering from election fatigue this year, but don't forget, whiffers - the ones on this forum are the ones that really count!

Which country do we get to run if we win?

Bhutan...

Cool - lots of STOL and high altitude then: Kit'll be staying for "just a week" all year...

Canada.  There's a welcoming committee already in place and several sleeper agents south of the border to ensure good neighbourly relations.

Anyone on the forum from Denmark?

EDIT:  significant day, the 24th.  GB poll ends and it's the last game in this year's Stanley Cup.  Go Oilers!

Some years ago during hols on The Rock we rented a property owned by the parents of an Oilers player, hence the support.  But the Habs are my team.

Fun fact time: BAe sold Royal Bhutan Airlines an Avro RJ100: their first jet airliner. Three years later (round about the time I started at Woodford) it was back in the factory for a complete new wing, due to fatigue cracking in the old one. Apparently the approachs to some airfields in Bhutan are "interesting"... :o

I've tried some with Flight Simulator, and I think a better word would be 'impossible'!

Those crews earn their pay for sure!

Yeah, that's the definition of "interesting" that goes something like, "right-hand daisy-cutter turn around this mountain, straight into a left hand daisy-cutter turn around that mountain, then straight into a five degree no flare approach, then try to stop before you fall off a cliff..."

You sneaked a look at the approach path for Paro!
