Old Wombat

Looks quite pretty all glossed up, like that!

Mate that looks epic...and the paint scheme is brilliant.   ;D
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

buzzbomb

Almost there. It does look pretty cool. I thought the markings were Indian at first glance, probably because the scheme has an Indian type feel to it for me.

Sharkmouth is great

Thanks folks.  Final finish will be satin - gloss shows up every brush mark in the paint and it ain't pretty...

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Whatever.

zenrat

Thanks Comrade.
I'm not sure if I captured the Harpsian vibe I was after with the camo but I like how it turned out.

It's satin cleared now and i've begun painting the fiddley bits and cleaning up the weapons load.

Thanks.

I've been preparing bombs.  There are a lot of them and each one had injector pin marks on two fins that required either filling or filing.

18 bombs primed and pre-shaded and ready for olive drab.
Two MERs and two TERs painted.
I still need to organise something the block a large slot in the belly of the thing.  The std Hasegawa kit has a belly tank which fits into it but that appears to have gone missing.

The aircraft itself if finished but I won't post her until she's loaded.

At first you think 'Oh yes, an Eagle', but then you look again and go 'Errrrmmmmmmmmmmmm..........................????'  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
