Except he hardly ever used them.  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Thanks Cap'n.

I'm using extended Phantom legs.  Hasegawa ones leftover from the Pheagle.
There is no way they would fit into the Vampire bays but being crafted from Tophalumin they take advantage of its ability to switch between two predefined shapes when an appropriately modulated current is passed through it.   ;D

I'd have thought that was self-evident for a build in this GB.  ;D

I'm wondering if those GB will not only be remembered for our two lost pals but also for the amount of extended landing gears 🤔 😄
And off course while the rest of you guys have to go for longer landing gear I went the other way completely with the Shindens getting shorter 😀
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

Maybe next year i'll suggest a Longer/Shorter/Higher/Lower GB - change a dimension.  Longer wings, stalkier undercarriage, lower suspension, cutdown tank for narrow roads...
