so let's start something :

at the beginning there is this old built quite incomplete BV141
(I got it in a lot bought for some other stuff it contained)

which provides for Tophe oh-so-much-liked assymetry

and now I have to combine it with something : the incompleteness calls for kit-bashing.

The brain-storming begins ...

And I just recently got a lot of nice old Matchbox kits, amongst which a Meteor ...

wait and see what happens ...

This looks very interesting Eric mate 🤔 👍  ;D
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

But where does the whale, the ostrich and the 5:1 scale wasp fit into it?  ;)  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

ericr

there should be no animals involved in the making of this whiff
this time, in accordance with Tophe's values  ;)

I am not too used to group builds, but I gathered that box pictutre were expected, as well as regular progress pics

so here is the Meteor box

and in the same lot in which I got it, there were also a Hunter and Lightning, both twin-seater versions, and a He100 ...
more mixtures possibilities !

also regarding the fuselage of the poor incomplete BV141 ...

Expected, but not compulsory.
Personally I like to see where people are starting from but as a mod i'm happy to trust everyones word.

I'm looking forward to seeing progress pictures as we don't usually see how you work - your wonderfull creations just seem to spring into being fully formed.
I'm pleased to see your workbench is as chaotic as mine can be.

the mess is on a tray, which I can put in a cupboard in order to hide it : that way it can last very long  ;)

Oh, what a find to see the he-70 fuselage is about the same diameter as the hunters.
