If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

I did it! With some dirt on the tyres and the underside of the hull, plus an antenna on the rear, I feel this one is finished:

I took the tyres off, drybrushed a light mud colour over the running surfaces, and spattered that same paint over the lower hull as well as a little over the sides of the tyres. The antenna is 0.3 mm spring steel that I painted OD after glueing it in place.
... I know all this and more ...

Technically this is not an LAV-based vehicle, though — it would be a parallel development to the LAV :)
