Nice build!
And a good alternative to the twin fin Mirage 4000.

I couldn't quite get my head around the increased amount of masking required for the traditional Swedish camo ... I'm glad you are going with something simpler!  :)

Mate I've had to get my head around that before and once ya figure it out it's not that hard ..the problem is knowing how to start 😕
If you can get a masking set then that's heaven mate but normally not in my budget so it's to the masking tape 😉

As for this thing I'll be doing a little more masking on it today ..needs a few touch ups and a wee bit more white  :banghead:
I hate white 😒

You just need a pencil, a plan, and a paintbrush.  No masking required.
It helps to number the different colours making the whole exercise a paint by numbers.

I'm looking forward to some paint pics!
I'm considering a Tomcat back half connected to an F-111 office. Got any parts laying around?

Just trying to help some more.

At least the Tomcat fuselage doesn't have to be widened very much to accommodate the Aardvark front end. Some putty on the sides would probably do it.

Nose from the Viggen?  Or maybe an F-15 office if you have one lying about.

Ooo, another helper! Unfortunately my Viggen cockpit got destroyed when I removed it from the fuselage so no go there. I haven't chopped up an F-15 before. I think I saw something about an F-15 with Phantom wings once. Maybe a look through the parts boxes and see if there is a junkyard dog in there someplace. I'll have to think up some national insignia for Trashcanistan.

You might not have to do much cutting on an F-15, sometimes the nose comes as a section on its own.  At least in 1:48 scale.
