Second Poll for In Memoriam GB.

Fred

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

How the hell can I vote honestly with only 2 votes ??? .
I need at least 4 or 5 or 6 ..it's the indecision which makes it so hard
And nope I haven't voted yet 🙃
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

24 hours to go.  Vote now or lose your right to complain when you object to the result.

All over red rover.

Well done voters.  We should have told you earlier but it is now compulsory.  Chris will be round later to collect the fine.  Failure to pay up will result in measures being taken...

The results are as follows:

The numero uno winner is mat's marvellous Canadian Piasecki H-17B with 21 votes.

First Runner Up is Phill's tantalising Triple Engined P-38 Schneider Trophy Racer.

And in joint third place on 9 we have Robomog's ravishing Swept Wing Zero Prototype...

...and Phill's spiffing RAF PR33 Shinden.

So, that's it.  Another GB done.
Thank you everyone, it's been emotional.
On behalf of Chris, Mac, and myself i'd like to say thank you very much and I hope we passed the audition.

Last one out, get the lights.

As with Tophe's half of the GB, they're all magnificent, and surely in keeping with Robert's type of modelling.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Regards
Kit

Well done to everyone and especially to the Moderators
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

kerick

Thanks to the mods for their hard work and everyone's time and hard work building these fine examples of imagination.

Can't put it any better1

Well done to everyone who took part, voting was extremely difficult the quality shown through. I wouldn't mind having another crack at being a moderator in a future GB.

Again, I had a feeling the Piasecki would win: well done!

I'm also glad that Phil's triple p-38 placed much higher than mine in this one, since mine beat his by only a small margin in the Tophe vote. He put WAY more effort into his paint job than I did into mine, so he deserves it.

Well done to all entrants, thanks to everyone woh voted, and again, special thnaks to the Mods.

This has been a fun GB, and whisper it so as not to jinx it, but I think I might be getting my mojo back...
