WiP +++ 1:72 Kawasaki A-2, JASDF, 2015

Progress, even though not in a pleasent way. The Humbrol greens turned out to be of Chinese manufacture, and sh!t to apply. They also reacted with the 2C putty that I used to sculpt the new spine, and the paint remained sticky - it became better with a coat of panel shading, but the finish is in some areas horrible.  :-\

I also decided - pretty late - to keep the cockpit closed with an (Airfix) pilot inside.

Currently working on the ordnance in parallel, and preparing decals.

Thank you, gentlebeings - even though you better do not take a closer look... I am deep into the decals right now, and with hinomaru the thing really gets a Japanese vibe. Looks so odd with the raised cockpit!  ;D
