According to Scalemates it was originally by Vista (1994) but was then pimped out to Revell, Airfix (this one - 2005), SMER, Mistercraft, and AZ.

Incidentally, if you look up Dartmouth, Nova Scotia on Google Earth and then seek out the Shearwater Aviation Museum you'll see a distinctive shape sitting outside (not a Battle, something more modern).
