Some of my photos from the ESM:

This is our stand at 10:10. There was a stand selling 2nd-hand kits opposite us.

Highlights form the show, what-ifs etc.:

this guy is 3D printing an Airbus Beluga XL:

This is a replica of one of the air force bases in the Netherlands:

Thanks for sharing the pictures guys.

Looks like a good show - lots to see.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

What a splendid show that looked, I really MUST make the effort and get back over to the Netherlands for one of them before I run out of years!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

A manned version of the Top Secret German WW2 "Die Glocke" bell anti-gravity/time traveling object?
Interesting. I'll bet that's how SS officer Hans Kammler escaped and was never found again.
Or maybe he was found again. ;) Rumor has it that the acorn/bell shaped object that crashed in Kecksburg, Pennsylvania back in the 1960's was the Die Glocke object which somehow time traveled from 1944  to the 1960's. Anything is possible. ;)
Modeling isn't just about how good the gluing or painting, etc. looks. It's also about how creative and imaginative you can be with a subject.
My modeling philosophy is: Don't build what everyone else has done. Build instead what nobody has seen or done before.

To my surprise, we won the 'Best group display' award this year.
