As far as toy trucks go, the only thing closest to what I need is the BIGFOOT #5 monster truck which is shown in a pic below of the real vehicle.
A toy truck was made of this vehicle, but sadly it is 1/64 scale meaning that the wheels would be too small for my needs.
I have not seen any other toy trucks to the best of my knowledge with wheels similar to what the Bigfoot truck has.
Trivia note: The wheels on the Bigfoot #5 truck are ACTUAL wheels/tires salvaged from one of LeTourneau's overland train vehicles.  :o
Anyway, there's an antique store and a different collectibles store near me that I plan to visit soon. Both have decent selections of toys that I am going to check out and see if anything might work for my model project.
Modeling isn't just about how good the gluing or painting, etc. looks. It's also about how creative and imaginative you can be with a subject.
My modeling philosophy is: Don't build what everyone else has done. Build instead what nobody has seen or done before.

For anybody that wants to read up on R.G. LeTourneau and his overland train vehicles or his other works, below are some books you might find interesting.
This book on Amazon I have placed an order for it earlier today. Should have it this coming weekend.

Just got the book delivered today. While browsing through it, I can say it is definately well worth it.   Quite a thick book with plenty of diagrams, historical photos, and text history of R.G. LeTourneau's overland trains. This will really help me out on how I want to build and/or modify my krupp Raumer model.
A really good book to add to any what if book collection. ;)

Would getting one of the toy trucks and scanning/enlarging/3D printing wheels of the right size be a workable option?

I don't know. Maybe? I'm not knowledgeable about 3D printing and don't own a 3D printer.
