My mate Pete, who has a couple of filament printers, was looking at the Anastasia with a few intakes of breath. I reckon he's thinking of ways to improve it.  ;D

I thought you know Alistair of Aerocraft

Hmm, yes, that's true. I may 'enter into a negotiating posture' then.  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Looks like fun.

Personally speaking Anastasia has always
struck me as goofy looking. A gormless
fish/frog critter.
:o

Other opinions are, of course, available.....................

If that's his opinion of Anastasia (the spacecraft, not Spaceman First Class's great aunt),  what will he make of Zylbat?

These will let me finish my real world PoAF gunship used in the colonial wars and the other two pairs of filters will go in the spares bag.

Airfix 1/72 Gloster Gladiator Mk.I/II. Nice little kit, built one a while back but had lots of self-made issues with it.  Thought I should have another go at it.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Bought from eBay;

1 x Revell 1/48 Eurofighter Typhoon two seater  order cancelled and replaced with a Lima HST train set well playworn but runs well. Northern Belle adhesive printed decals should cover the scratches plus a bit of painting with a hairy brush.

Found another Platform 9 3/4 set this time the Prisoner of Azkaban unused. I'm going to glue the two footbridges together to make one.

Two Ravensburger Hogwarts Castle and the Astronomy Tower, both are not wanted Christmas presents

True, but he does produce some interesting types
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

I came across a 1/72 built Italeri Shorts Sunderland  MkIII that's been converted into a Sandringham with Philippine Airways decals.  The model is in need of a restoration as there's missing propellers etc. I think that I have the necessary spare parts but I will turn it into an amphibious aircraft and change the engines plus markings.
From the same seller a mixture of five 1/144 built but in need of repairs including the Lockheed EC-121 Warning Star  no landing gear and not 1/144 scale nor 1/72 .Lockheed C-130- no propellers,  the Japanese Emily flying boat with no propellers,  a Boston with the gear up , B-24 Liberator RAF  colours missing landing gear and propellers and a Breguet bomber  1/72? but I don't know which one it is.
Looks like the seller got the description wrong, that's definitely the Airfix Shorts Sunderland that's been converted!
