A small, flat and very stiff parcel arrived today, all the way from Scotland, and inside it was a veritable FOREST of Spitfire XIV exhausts destined for my Dalgety build.  ;D

Thanks VERY much Alastair, you're a prince among men.

Annoyingly, not entirely impossible as sourcing another old Revell, again combining with an Airfix, would bring the opportunity to build a Finnish RW J35BS.  ;)

That looks very good indeed, and excellent value for money compared to major mfgr's prices these days!

1 x Black Dog 1/35 M1126 Stryker (ICV) Interior Detail Set for AFV Club kit #35126 (BD-T35001) - well, I only had one interior set & I have two M1126 Strykers (actually, I have 4, but two have the CROWS-J[avelin] mount)
1 x Trumpeter 1/350 Battleship HMS Queen Elizabeth 1943 (TR 05324) - I've been waiting for her to come into dock for ages! Now the RAN has its Grand Old Lady!

... arrived yesterday.

Knew the Black Dog interior was good but "Jennifer" looks like a decent kit, too, & I'm surprised at how crisp & detailed Good Queen Bess looks.

All-in-all, a very happy chap!

I just got the Mikro-Mir Caproni 1/72 B.72 flying wing/hydroplane whif from Plastic Models Store in Ukraine. Since it's a Mikro-Mir kit, it may be a straightforward build (unlikely) or a nightmare (more likely).

And Frank the all SORTS of good guy!

He's just sent me some wheels and bits for my Triebflugel that I had NO chance of replacing, mine from the kit having pinged off into orbit somewhere. :(

I saw that on the Big H site this morning, thought about it for a second and then moved on

Hope it builds well
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Ohhh there's very little doubt about Frank being a Gentleman like many others here ..thinking about it I'd say we are all optimistic modellers one way or another cause how many times have we brought the same kit and knew it was crap but still you'll buy another and there's a wee thought that maybe this one will be better 😉 😀
God knows I've done that so many times I've lost count 😆

Yet ANOTHER parcel arrived later today, it's like Christmas here.  ;D

This one was an ebay win I had the other day, a 1/72 Project X Hawker Siddeley P.1154 Naval RN, a kit I thought was LONG extinct, but this one's 'as new in maker's plastic bag'.
