Hi,
The Northern Virginia International Plastic Modeler's Society Model Clasic was this last weekend and I ended up getting 32 various kits for about $300.  My favorite purchase was a Willliams Bros 1/32 P-35 for $8, but I was also able to pick up a couple other interesting things like a 1/72 scale Monogram P-36A that came with a Rareplanes YP-37 Vacuform conversion fuselage for $10.  Other than that I probably spent a bit too much at a tablle that had a lot of 1/72 scale nostolgia buys @ 3 for $10

Spey_Phantom

needed glue, so i ordered some more kits to go with it  ;D

-Zvezda Disney Planes "Blade Ranger"
-Zvezda Disney Planes "Skipper" (ordered 2)
-Crown 1/144 Nakajima Ki-44-2 Shoki Type-2
-Airfix 1/72 Bristol Superfreighter

i know im kinda boycotting Zvezda (due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine) but i got a sweet deal on these.
on the bench:

-all kinds of things.

Or something similar from the Planes universe...

Some decals direct from Fantasy Printshop, some prototype 'P's and RAF Type D roundels for the Dalgety, and some yellow on black Luftwaffe numbers for the Triebflugel.

They're all their new type 'varnish-less' decals, which I've never tried before so it'll be interesting to see how they work.

Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

You could have some fun with the YF-23. A fellow on FB did a quick repaint of the cockpit canopy and scale o rama it into a 1:72nd B-1 type of bomber. All you would need is some B-1 decals.

Honestly bud I have zero ideas on this...it's just a want with no plans at all ...some point I might get a F-22 so ghrn I'll have all three but since I really don't build OTB anymore I'm ummm and arrrring about that too  ;D
And there's also the fact I don't really care for the F-22s shape .

You and me both! It always looks half finished to me, whereas the YF-23 was properly sorted.
