I don't know if this belongs here or in cars...

This is the recently released Masterbox Mongoose buggy, which is a Ukrainian made vehicle from Bagi Mangust

There are two kits, both identical except for the boxtop and instructions:

There's a small PE fret (mainly for the basket in the rear) and a couple of sprues. It builds quickly, with few issues. Here's where I was yesterday:

You have to make the suspension springs. I just used some soft copper wire. I think I attached the PE box on the steering column incorrectly, though:

Even the PE basket (which is admittedly, pretty delicate) folds up quickly and actually fits without issue. I'm leaving it off until everything is painted.

It's a small vehicle, compared to Steve McQueen:

This is the second repaint of Steve McQueen - I completely screwed up the face when I got some solvent on it.

The kit seems to be missing the rear view mirrors, headlights and brush guard, but this may be a variation in the real vehicle.

Once this gets the Frank touch.. it will rock.

Steve is sizing it up for a race machine.

Or another attempted escape  ;)
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

It's like a Mini-Moke with big wheels, magic stuff.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

If this is going to be anything like your other ATVs Franky mate..this is going to be good 😄 😀
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

That's half the price for the ATV for sale around here. Looks like I would have to add some lights to make it street legal.
I looked up their website.

Some good videos and they make larger vehicles too.

They should get a US distributor!

... and I was thinking this thing should really have bigger wheels  ;D

PR19_Kit

A Mini-Moke used standard Mini 10" wheels, resulting in  almost negative ground clearance!  :o

They should, but I think they're busy building them to fight a war - or something minor like that. ;)

Of course. Persistent Frump won't allow that - not "Made in 'Murica", don'cha know ... I suppose he might allow a US company to make them under licence ... [CENSORED in an attempt to comply with the "No Politics" policy ... A bit.]

[I'm sorry, Chris, but that was as apolitical as I could be. ]

But if president musk got the rights to build them under licence...

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.
