WHAAAAT?  :o

You can actually BUY separate rivets? Whatever next..................  :-\
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

You can also buy resin-cast raised panel lines. Apparently there's a market for that...

Got this for the panel lines. Should suffice.....

I am a fan of WWI armour.  Good to see the craziness that was the K-Wagen taking shape.

A potential source for rivets is a water filter. There are hundreds of tiny balls of several different but consistent sizes.  You drill a slight depression, pop a tiny amount of CA on and drop the ball into it. Works well on builds I've seen it on.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Simple white glue tips with a toothpick are another convenient solution.

And there's 4 or 5 producers inc. Eduard etc
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Including Meng, which makes several plastic bolt types and sizes that you have to (carefully) cut off of a plastic backing. They're very handy. Tichy Train Group has been making bolts and bolt heads since the beginning of time (or thereabouts). Archer used to make resin rivet decals, but companies like Quinta using raised detail color printers have taken over.

I used Archer's car bonnet louvres for my brother's Caterham model a few years ago, and they were superb, worked a treat.

If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

Another option for rivets is  Tichy Train  rivets, used on Model Railway builds. Individual rivets of various sizes give you a lot of options

used them extensively on the Mk V** Conversion i needed for the "Testing the Bailey Bridge" Diorama

I make rivets with a punch-and-die set and "domed" (actually conical) punches. You can buy a complete set with those, including a die, but if you already have a punch-and-die set, buying some separate/replacement "domed" punches is much cheaper. Or, if you only need the occasional domed rivet, look through your modelling drill bits to see if any of them have a conical end to the shank, and use that in the die. Be careful not to break the bit, though, so it's probably best to use worn-out or already-broken bits for this.

As an added tip: before making domed rivets like this, colour one side of the plastic card you use with a marking pen. That way, you can tell easily which side should go outward — if you don't, it can be very hard to see which way round the rivet is when you want to stick it to the model.
... I know all this and more ...
