I was going to prime this today until the camp manger stopped at my door and told me that their having a tool clean out at the shed and if I want anything to come on down .
Damn skippy I did  ;)
I've come  back with 2 skill saws..that's 6 I've got now..100mm angle grinder ..no5 ...about 200 plus sockets..files..spanners and I genuine German made  AEG electric die grinder ...that's serious money that is  :thumbsup:

I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

It never occurred to me that they would have needed one too, and obviously they wouldn't have used Able, Baker, Charlie, Dog etc.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

It's probable Kit ...had to communicate somehow and since NATO didn't exist they wouldn't have used that one ..Alpha..Bravo..Charlie ..Delta ..Echo and so on .
Even the military thing is far behind my backside now I still use this phonetic alphabet very often ..on ..car parts  ;D

You and me both, my daughter (the ones who's the RAF's best Air Traffic Controller, not a lot of people no that...........) talk NATO-Speak all the time.

She can't say she's going to take her monster dog for a walk as he gets the gist of that and goes bananas, so she's taking him for Whiskey Alpha Lima Kilo!.  ;D  ;)

My ol boy Ben had the hearing of a radar station..the moment he heard his chain . .yep it was all on ..walkies I'd shout and he'd go nuts 🤪
As for the car parts front ...we use license plate numbers to identify the make and model of the car and it's all on computer...there's so many numbers these days it's the easiest way to get the right ones .
We have 3 letters followed by 3 numbers on our plates and our phones are crap ..so phonetics works sweet .

Every time I have to spell something out and need to differentiate common sounding letters over the phone, I always go B Bravo, D Delta, etc.
