Here's another of my export F-4J's.

This one was used by the German Navy off of their US-built Deutschland class carriers.  The F-4JG was modified to fire the Kormoran anti-ship missile in the early 80's, as well as being modified to fire the AIM-120A Amraam in the early 90's.  Four Kormorans could be carried without the outer wing tanks, but most missions called for longer range.

The F-4JG was supplemented by F-4SG's in German service until they were replaced in the late 90's by Navalised Eurofighters.

This is another 1/72 Poor-fitting, er, Fujimi F-4J.

I got back into building after about a five year hiatus from building planes.  I was building other things in that time (metal spaceship minis, RC Cars, computers...  ok, so the last one doesn't count), and I'm making up for lost time.  Actually, I've been meaning to post some of these models since January (started building again in September of last year), and just got around to taking pictures of the planes yesterday.  I've only got about 13 more models to post pics of before I clean out my backlog of completed planes.  I've got four more on the bench that are near being done (just need armaments and/or decals) before I'm allowing myself to open up another kit.   :dum:
