I've been waiting for this Al and it's worth it, great stuff.

I still get some "bleed" even with Tamiya tape, but I think that's my application of it, rather than the tape itself - must burnish harder.

Thanks Chris.

How're your dad and little Isaac?

Sorry Chris,

and Nev how are things at home?

Can't wait for our annual comp on the weekend!!!

I've registered 4 models in the comp: my Ki-100 in jungle camo, the Mig of Prince Charming, my Aztec Ta 154 and the Japanese Mistel.

By the way, the Aztec thing turned out to be a tail sitter-I didn't put enough shotgun pellets in the nose and ran out of other places to put in more weight after I finished the bloody thing.

So I have put it on a stand even though the wheels are down and there is no one in the cockpit.

That's my new watchword: let's bring back the stand to airplane modelling!!!!!!

Little Isaac was 1 last week  B)  My, how the time flies.  He loves playing with books (especially pop up ones) and opening and closing doors and drawers.

My dad had a scan last month and was given an all-clear, for the first time in seems like forever but is more like 3 years.  Its been so long that he's constantly been either recovering from or preparing for an operation that he's convinced they've missed something.  He's just finished a 6 month round of chemo which really took it out of him, nasty stuff but if it keeps him alive then its worth it eh?

Thanks for asking.

G'day Nevvy,

Great news about your dad.

And Isaac looks like a fine son, with a sensitive and intelligent face.

Just you wait until he starts bringing his foxy girlfriends home. You won't stop drooling!
